As some of you may know, I am junior here at South and nursing is my major. My BIG plan is to start in the program in the Summer of 2019. Although, not many people in my family have taken on the role of being in the medical field. I have always had a huge heart for helping others.
FIVE reasons why I am interested in becoming a nurse is :
1. You get to collaborate with inter-professional health care teams and consumers in delivering
and advocating for safe and effective use of health care resources.
2. The love I have for the elderly in my family gives me the drive to want to help other families who have elder people in their family.
3. This major is not something so easy, you have to be focused and determined throughout the whole process.
4. There is also an accelerated and traditional program here at South.
5. You get to deliver professional nursing care for diverse populations across the lifespan to optimize
health care outcomes.
